Greetings pop-pickers, frolickers, music lovers and kindred spirits and welcome to Gazastock 09, our ninth annual Party in the Field in aid of Hospice in the Weald

Gates open at noon on Friday 3rd July and this year’s big box of music opens at 7.00 pm, heralding a weekend line-up of more than 25 bands, artists and performers, all of whom have freely and generously given of their time and talents. Check out The Line-Up page to see what’s in the box.

As usual we’re hugely indebted to Gaza Timber, our hosts for the weekend, and to Abbey Charitable Trust for their continued support, which has helped Gazastock raise more than £102,000 for Hospice in the Weald since the first party in 2001. We’re also massively grateful to Medix for providing the first aid team and to Molesmusic  for sponsoring the Gazastock 09 mugs. A big thanks to all the other supporters too numerous, but no less appreciated, to mention here. Check out Sponsors and Supporters.

Gazastock is only possible through the efforts of a small army of volunteers. We’re always on the lookout for more help, so if you’d line to be part of it and help out on site during this year’s party, visit the Helping Out page for details.

Due to space limitations all camper vans and caravans must be pre-booked this year and are subject to a charge of £5 per pitch. All revenues go to Hospice in the Weald. To book, call Simon on 01732 463245 during business hours.

If you’re looking for a break from the music at Gazastock, check out the Tea Tent and Hogroast, Kids’ Tent and Healing Area. And don’t forget to pick up some of the limited edition 09 merchandise, including T-Shirts, Mugs and CDs. Spend as much as you can - all the proceeds go to Hospice in the Weald. As we like to say, if you go home a little poorer you’ll be all the richer for it.  One last word: please don’t bring any glass containers with you.

One Luv

The Elves
